Weights - Proportion/Ratio?

I've been doing free weights regularly for about 8 months now. I kind of just went straight into it myself and just fiddled around with weights until I found my balance. But unfortunately not having done my homework beforeheand:rolleyes: I ended up neglecting muscle groups for months while I built others simply because I never thought of them...

My question is if there are 'standard' ratios for the strengths of your muscle groups? Eg, for every XKg you can bicep curl you should be able to bench press YKg for your triceps.

Does any of this sound 'out of proportion' to any one? ie some groups seriously lagging behind the others:

    Bench - 32.5Kg Dumbbells
    Bicep curl - 22.5Kg Dumbbells
    Shoulder Press - 18Kg Dumbbells
    Shrug - 65-70Kg Bar
    Chest Fly - 15Kg
Lat pull down - 49Kg total

*Same amount of reps and sets for all

I'm just concerned that I may be getting over-developed in some areas and weary of injuring myself so if anyone notices something that sounds ridiculously out of place I'd appreciate the tips!:o

Speaking of neglecting muscle groups, what about your back and legs?

    Shrugging 65-70Kg (Traps)
    Pulldown - 49Kg (Lats)
Rear deltoids (reverse chest fly?) - 4kg

Don't do leg weights these days as I do a lot of intense running

It's just not the same thing. Unless you have some physical disability you should be squatting at the very, very, very bare minimum.

dont under estimate the benefit of leg weights when it comes to running (especially sprinting) I am a big fan of leg pressing. being able to press heavy will help, not hinder your running
