teams needed for charity strongman comp in Portlaoise

    Hi guys i have been asked to run a charity strongman comp in Portlaoise on the May bank holiday weekend,

    The comp is open to all except strongman competiters as it is set towards Mr joe soap, We want 10-12 four man or women teams who want to compete in 6 events and help out a charity.

    Events will be team car deadlift, team loading medley, team farmers walk, team super yoke, team log lift and one event tbc.

    If you are a regular gym or sports trainer then we want you cost is €100 per team all of which goes to charity and it will be a great laugh we want pub teams, sports club tams, work teams ect
