Diet excel sheet or program

    I was using fitday on my laptop, till i dropped it. I have tried to download the program again and it wont let me because I am not from the US ?? . Maybe I am doing something wrong ? Can anyone let me know if they have got hold of it or some other suitable program/excel sheet. I don t want to go on line for one, but would use one if i really had to.
