    Is anybody on this forum a member of REPS?
    If so what benefit does it have how long does the it take to register with them?

    Contact ILAM or Reps Ireland, There is a big push with it at present, most the education bodies in Ireland's new courses will be reps approved, If you are already qualified you will need to do a "up grade" course. a Reps qualification will be essential in the (near) future , if will effect you employment opportunities , the Insurance companies etc are all coming on board too , so they will require clubs to hire only reps qualified staff. Its a positive thing going forward, as it will weed out some of the dodgie qualifications out there and improve the standard of trainer. It will also enable you to travel with your qualification , as it is internationally recognized.
