I'm 99.9% sure they had them in the tuck shop in our primary school up home when I was growing up. But I don't think anyone else has ever heard of them.

Did I imagine it or is there some truth to my mutterings?

Sounds rotten, wouldn't people just buy chocolate instead?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 197 ✭✭rich1874

I love buying a packet of king crisps and something like a twirl or a dairy milk, eating the crisps first then eating the chocalte straight after. Tastes mighty good.

But no i've never heard of this, otherwise i certainly would of bought them. Perhaps we can invent them.

They were probably for kids who couldn't afford both chocolate and crisps.

Didn't walkers do something along those lines as a special flavour a couple of years ago?

I think there was a limited edition chocolate flavour. They were shíte.

Crumble a flake into a crisp sandwich however - heavenly.

Yes, walker had Chocolate with chili crisps. I liked them...

walkers were doing a 'chilli and chocolate' flavour for a while recently, as part of there choose a new flavour campaign, although i find eating a pack of cheese and onion along with a twix just as effective

    :D

There are few greater pleasures than a chocolate bar followed by a bag of salty crisps. Om Nom etc

I liked the Walkers Chilli & Chocolate flavoured crisps.

Eating a dairy milk with salt & vinegar crisps are just as nice though.

yes but unfortunately not what the OP is looking for. A pretzel is simply not a crisp.

Hell, we have fish flavour crisps, so I guess chocolate crisps might be palatable.
