Anyone have Tracey Byrne for Finance?

I am looking for a one page chart she did for calculating Cost of Equity (ke), Cost of Debt (Kd). If you are doing finance you will know what I mean. She normally hands it out to her class. Or if anyone knows someone studying Degree in Accounting and could maybe ask them:o Thank you, it would be much appreciated.
