First Time Poster regular Visitor to this forum. I am 5'7 and 72 kgs, Im looking to get into shape for hurling this summer. I have invested in weights for use at home I have just a few questions that Im sure some of the posters will be able to answer

Is there many leg exercises you can do with a dumbell and barbell set given that it is pretty difficult to do squats?

I broke my arm last summer so my right arm is alot stronger, Is this normal and what can be done to rectify this?

I apologise if any of the above are stupid questions, thanks in advance for any answers

Static Split Squats, Bulgarian Split Squats, Lunges, Step-ups all with dumbells by your side or with a barbell on your back.

Yes it's completely normal. Just continue doing bi or uni lateral pulls and presses to get the area strong. The muscle will have atrophied but it should respond well to loading. This is assuming that you have rehabed succesfully and have obtained clearence for other activities. I would not tend to favour the injured side to "catch up", just go in, do your thing and watch it improve.
