How to stop ear plugs falling out?

I have finally found a comfortable pair of ear plugs this week, but I am still being woken up in the early hours of the morning due to the ear plugs falling out:( I must roll about alot when I sleep. Any suggestions on keeping them in?

I use Quies myself, not a problem.

Maybe you're not pushing them in far enough, or maybe you pull them out in your sleep?

I also quies and find them great. There is a good chance that you are pulling out the earplugs in your sleep. I used to do the same when I started wearing them. I started wearing gloves in bed so I couldn't pull them out.
