    Red meat
Eggs(What I mean here is you dont have to limit them)
    butter

Basically the above foods have gotten a bad rap because its believed that saturated fat is bad for

Well folks its not, the real enemy is

SUGAR , followed closely by trans fats

Sugar is such a cheap ingredient, and many commercial foods are packed with it.

Every hear of High Frutose corn syrup, its the main evil culprit that causes people to be fat

For years people have thought butter was unhealthy, NOT TRUE, for years people have been butting margerines and fake lowfat butters on theit toast in the morning thinking it was unhealthy

The best way to choose foods is base your selection on single ingredients

    Steak
    chicken
    fish
    veg
    fruit

Sugar is evil!!! I had a stomach ulcer and was told fat was bad, I recently discovered it is not fat that gives me wicked heartburn but sugar, it kills me!!!

I have mostly cut it out of my diet of late and am feeling way better!!!!
