6 week strength routine

    Okay time to give a little back to the boards fitness community,

    I followed the attached routine for 6 weeks after christmas and saw some very good results. It was recommended to me by a strength and conditioning coach. I would recommend it to anyone looking to build strength fast.
    It is based around squats and bench.
    You need to figure out your max bench and squat before you start.

    6x2@80

    This reads 6 sets of 2 at 80% of your max. Let me know if you have any questions.
    Needless to say you need to eat big and get a lot of rest for this one.
