My first injury was a pain in my lower back. so i can no longer bend over to do deadlifts.Havent deadlifted in 2 months. this injury then impacted on my squat. so over the last 3 weeks iv been doing lunges. so yesterday i got a bit of a pull at my hamstring during a match. Are all these injuries linked. what should i do as alternative. i cant really quit all these lifts, their too important. should i just take a week off and then start on low weights.

When you say you can't "bend over to do deadlifts" can you explain that a bit more??

Surely that must have a pretty big impact on your life
have you spoken to a professional about that?

sorry. il try to be clearer. i can bend over now after the time off. but if i tried to lift a reasonable weight like 120kg i would be in a bit of pain. hitting near my max would be impossible.

    See a Physio or Osteopath.
    Or Both.

There is literally no better advice on the whole internet than this.
