Prepackaged fruit salads are so convenient and have a great variety of fruit.
Is is better to buy fruit whole and make up your own salad or are those in plastic packaging just as good?

It's my understanding that once fruit is picked and cut it begins to loose all its vitamins. So depending on how long the fruit is cut in the packaged one it might just be fiber when you eat it.

Once you peal the fruit it starts loosing vitamins as well.

What is a good fruit salad receip? I dont want like whipped cream or jello or anything like that in it or on it, i just want just fruit and maybe a fruity dressing HELP!!!

a rake of different fruit (strawberries, pear, pineapple etc etc.) but squeeze a lime and empty a passionfruit over it. It gives the fruit salad an amazing zing...
