Groin Pain when Squatting

Hey guys! I've been Squatting, Deadlifting and Power Cleaning for a year now but I still find that my groin is still stiff and gets sore when I squat, my left is worse than the right. It is making deep squatting difficult.
Are there any exercises I could do to help the situationm maybe with a foam roller?

    Cheers.

have you had your squating technique checked? when I first started squating I used to get sore groins due to bad technique

Ya I'm pretty sure my form is ok. Having said that I haven't had it checked by a gym instructor, which I will do Monday!

What were you doing wrong that lead to sore groins?

make sure you get it checked - everyone thinks their form is ok until they get it checked.

I had my toes pointing too fa outward which caused a weird angle at my knees which resulted in me using my adductors too much while lifting

That makes sense actually, I think I have my feet pointed out too much if you know what I mean.
