So today I started another attempt to slim down and get my body fat levels under control. Started my food diary as well. Anyhow I am 6.2 and 20 Stone but most people seem to think I am 16 Stone, basically I am a tank type build. I used to do a lot of weights but this time I want to focus on pure weight lose and no muscle gains (I know muscle burns more fat than cardio). Trying to eat small means every four hours and all that.

So anyhow I played a hours worth of 5 a side today which I was bolloxed after and I mean fooked. Then headed to the gym for a 40 Minutes more intense Cardio. (Not Much I Know) about 7k in distance in all

So when I finished I had a massive head ache and my back felt like crap, real sore in my lower back. Why is this, I'm not doing any weights and the most impact training I have is a Treadmill. I finished my workout at 2pm its 9pm now.

PS: Can someone recommend a really good nutritionist cause I wanta get focused on the diet aspect of this cause its where I fail everytime :P
