    Hi,

I have heard how some people only need 4hrs sleep a night! I still find myself struggling after 8!!!

I would love to only need 4hrs and not be a wreck.

Is it possible to do this - is it nutrition, exercise, etc?

    Thanks.

I've been getting 6 hours a night for the last few weeks and the tiredness really hits me in the evenings. I just conk out at the wkends then. I wonder if an extra hour would make a difference to me?

Sleep is an essential component of the heeling process. I think it is between the hours of 12am -2am (deep sleep) that the Human Growth Hormone is naturally released by our body that facilitates muscle growth and repair. If you are training hard id definitely recommend getting a minimum of 8 hours sleep a night - people who dont train as hard and then go and sit at a desk all day probably need less
