    Hi

Having started in the gym a while ago, i have started to notice very slight gains.

i mentioned my plan in this thread, which i enjoy. Ive upped the weight of most of the dumbells in the exercises though.

Im concerned that i dont get in enough protein. I track my daily diet on www.livestrong.com and a lot of the time the protein is down, or i dont think its enough "good" protein

in the gym the last few times, i got some protein bars, the two i picked up were Supreme Protein http://www.supremeprotein.com/supp-fact-panels/45g-cc-spbar-supplement-facts.php and a maximuscle cyclone bar.

I wonder if there are better ones out there than these?
Ive been looking in the supplements thread but its huge (48 pages )

anyone any pointers on what i should be looking at? I would almost prefer bars to shakes, but if they arent that good at all ill go with shakes
