    Hi,
    Have an injured toe but need to stay fit. Went to gym last night:

    5,000 M on the rowing machine, level 8 in 25 mins.
    28 mins on bike, level 14, abou 9.5 KM. Was going as fast as I could, can't believe this isn't miles :-)
    15 Mins on the plougher (the stepper with arms). Level 8, kept it at 60 rpm.
