but does IQ really matter? I think common sense is probably more important.

We were tested in school in fourth year and mine was 140 or so back then.

It'd be lower now though as I'm fairly certain your age is taken into account.

According to many internet IQ tests i'm way above average and although I do like to think highly of myself I would never trust an internet IQ test. Infact the questions are so subjective I would never trust an IQ test done by Mensa either.

I did one before where my friend got higher and he's a drummer so it's obviously not to be trusted.

IQ tests performed on the internet are not real IQ tests. A proper test can only be administrated by a trained professional. Stop wasting your time; you're probably not as smart as you think you are anyway.

The old teletext IQ test was the only way to be certain about it.

The ignorance people show towards intelligence testing is unbelievable at times. Anyway who sits around doing 'many' internet IQ tests even though they don't trust them at all? You do know that Mensa don't doIQ tests, right? I presume you're joking about the drummer thing because something that stupid couldn't be anything other than a joke.

I forgot something once for the wife.
She was kind enough to be nice about and helped me with my memory/IQ by shoving a 2 gig USB memory stick where the sun don't shine.

Now I darn remember for sure every bloody thing she tells me! Thanks to her my memory/IQ has improved.
