What info are you looking for? Bacon can be quite fatty but lean bacon is fine as a meat. Cabbage is a great food, it is a vegetable full of vitamins (just don't over steam it) and low carbs. Overall bacon and cabbage would be a good, low carb option.

just looking for calories, carbs, proteins, fats for 100g of bacon.
i always cut off the fat as i dont like it,need the info to fill out on fitday, they have mad numbers on fitday,i suppose its a US site hence the difference

here you go, but that is very generic. You should really check the info in the pack you bought. Obviously if you cut off the fat there will be less fat and hence less calories.
