Facial exercise is used to improve your facial muscle tone, elasticity of your skin, shape up your face and as a result giving you a younger look and improves overall appearance of the face.Facial exercise will also help in achieving anti aging, and wrinkles free face.

    first exercise-smile line wrinkle eraser.

    method

Smile line? What is Smile line? It's the wrinkle appear when you smile.Wrinkle starting from nose to mouth corners.Nothing wrong with this wrinkle. But if it is permanent when you are not smiling? Then it is some thing to do with your old age. Ok! we can remove that permanent smile wrinkle.Lets do it.

It is so simple. Stretch your mouth just like in photo.Note that our mouth should be fully opened with lips tucked under your teeth and top and bottom points of your lips should stretched further away from each other.hold this position for a count of 60.(one minute) Do this facial exercise twice a day and every single day.

In fairness, Jack LaLanne has advocated doing face exercises. Lots of videos on youtube. Maybe I'm wrong but I think he's someone that people would listen to.

I'd be dubious about them myself. I would have said that the exaggerated facial expressions would age your face faster. But maybe some of the neck, chin and jaw exercises would do some good

Re: those before and after pics, what was their weight and bf% before and after. If you lose a few pounds of fat from all over your body, that's going to change your facial appearance whether you do exercise or not.

Do you a have double chin? Then i say you have an old look no mater what your age is.Fat underneath your chin makes you 10 years older.
Ok let's get rid of this clumsy double chin.Lift your neck as in photo as if you are looking upwards.Make a grip using your hands and hold your neck muscles. Now closely notice your lips. What you have to do is make a smile as in photo giving lips corner's a tension. Now you feel the burn in neck muscles.Hold this position for count of 60(1 minute).Do this facial exercise twice a day and every single day.Your double chin will be gone in 2 weeks, guaranteed!!

Theoretically this might work but I think it's a little odd to be honest. Basically you are proposing that you can stretch your facial skin by inducing hypertophy in the underlying musculature. Not impossible by any stretch but a little ambitious I would have thought. I'm not sure you've posted this thread in the right forum.

I'm not sure that these people are doing anything that my face doesn't do during a set of heavy squats anyway.
