had a reall weird dream last night where everyone in the dream kept asking 'where's cancer?' or 'where's your cancer?' i know it doesn't mean i should start worrying that i'm sick, i just wonder what it could mean, any ideas?

Sounds Bizzare I know but as part of my Degree in Psychology & Psychoanalysis I did dream analysis.
