    Is it feasible to expect tp loose one lbs a week. We a cardio intensive work out four days a week and a change in dietry habits

    Yes. It depends on what body type you are though.

    If i went on a strict diet and did carido(HIIT, Muay Thai) every day, i'd lose a stone in a week probably :/

    Of course. Start small, don't ever make the mistake of aiming too high. You have to build up to things, and be patient. Stick at it and good luck!:)

    Also, the slower it comes off, the less likely it is to pile on again quickly. Slowly off, slowly on, and vice versa.

    +1 1LB is very achievable, assuming you have it to lose in the first place.

    2lb would be ok too, but as other people mentioned slowly off = more likely to stay off and also more likely to be fat loss
