    Hi all

Saw an advertisement on TV for kettle worx and just looking for your opinions of it? It of course promises great results but im not so sure.
Im trying to find something that I can use at home for the days I cant make it to the gym.
I like the idea of this as you get the DVDs also. I dont really use free weight much in the gym mainly machines so wouldnt familiar with exercises or technique. Thanks

I don't know about that progamme itself, but kettlebells are excellent aids to fitness. I was very disappointed that in spite of all my hinting, no-one got me any for Christmas.

Even without the DVD, there is a lot of information on the Net and YouTube, as well as fitness mags about how to use them properly.

I just had a look at the programme. 5lb is a very light weight for a guy, or even for a girl with any training experience. I'd buy something heavier and just look up the best exercises.

    Hi Undecided

If you check out this site http://www.buykettlebelldublin.com/workshops

They run kettlebell workshops on a regular basis. As you will see on the link, they have a womens workshop scheduled for March 7th and a mens workshop for March the 14th.

It's basically a 3-3.5 hour training session where you will be shown the correct form for the basic moves and the price of the workshop includes a free kettlebell (8kg for women and 16kg for men) and a manual showing the different exercises.

I have couple of their KB's at home myself and I am hoping to attend the mens workshop on the 14th.

    Best Rrgards,

    M

Hi there, I've just seen your question and I have to say that it really does work. I've always been very spectical about workouts and ones that are advertised on TV, but after using this workout, I've seen results with 2 noticeable results in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend this workout. <Mod Snip> Pointer to web site removed <Mod Snip> It's simple easy and pretty much a no-brainner.
Hope my story helps your decision.
    Many thanks
