    Site seems to be down?

Correction just very slow, just got in.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,158 ✭✭✭✭Berty

Still trying to get onto the site. The thing is that it's not the first to register but a lottery but then again everyone is just arriving to work right now so go figure.

EDIT Done. I wonder how many people will be entering that competition. I really want a free night in Inchydoney. :D

Keeps timing out, but eventually got my entry in.

Still, its 100 rooms across 9 hotels, so 9 or 10 rooms per hotel and subject to availability, it's going to be hard to win a room in the hotel you want.

heres the direct link i think

What's the big rush ? It says between 8am and 8 pm!

So what happens if your name gets picked? Can you get a few nights or is it only the 1 night u get at the silly price?

You get 1 night in a hotel. You cannot pick the hotel. The hotel is picked for you. You pick the night you want to stay.

Lot's of hotel's around the country have done this but individually and not with the same media coverage.

The Louis Fitzgerald were doing this last year. They had 5 rooms every Sun-Thurs for €10

Just entered, thanks OP, Not too pushed where it is, if I can get a night in a hotel for €1:)

Heads up - the form only has name and email address as required fields, but the terms and conditions states that valid entries must have name, email, and mobile phone number.

Read the website links provided and my original post it might give you a hint!!!!!
    Participating venues in Clonakilty District....
    venues = hotels

Type Clonakilty into google maps and it will show you where in Ireland it is.

I know I am being a smart ass in my reply and you just want a yes and no answer, but the question you asked indicates simple research laziness on your behalf.

tomorrow afternoon/evening if they can then if not it will be the day after. The hotels will have to be notified first with the names of the people after winning and that should happen in the morning.

They were advertising this lottery on ireland am this morning and it seems that they'll be announcing winners early tomorrow, once they've informed the listed hotels of the names of the winners

Nice for burglars to know that all these people will be leaving their homes empty during the month. Is it really necessary to publish names and addresses?

Like a burglar is going to target their house on the one in thirty chance that the night they attempt to break in is the one they're down in Clonakilty and that no one else is at home

    I didn't win btw.
