    Hi there,

I was just wondering what kind of low carb snacks other people eat. I've tried a few diets and low carb (plus exercise) is the only thing that works for me. I'm fine with the main meals but i fall down when i want a snack. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

On the nuts recommendation for a snack which I hear quite regularly would a packet of Manhattan Dry Roasted Peanuts (40g) which you see in a pub classify in this situation?

The Nutrional Info for a 40g pack is

    Kcals - 219
    Protein - 11.1g
    Carbs 5.5g
    Fat 17g
    Sodium 0.24g

To be honest, I'd skip those unless you were stuck. Try some of the raw nuts you find in M&S or Tesco or other supermarkets instead. Walnuts are a good snack, and they don't have that more-ish quality of peanuts. And almonds have a load of health benefits.
