    hey guys,
just wondering if you can help or shed any light on this. lately when i'm training be it weights or cardio i'm feeling incredibly sick, at the moment i'm on no carb diet, training cardio in the morning on empty stomach using an amino acid drink and glutamine and i take a fat burner, i eat clean through out the day and train weights in eve- again with amino acid drink.. i feel sick for ages after and trying to get food in is near impossible. i have been using the same suppliments ie the amino acid drink for a year or more so i know it cant be that. i'm female 5ft 6 b/fat 17% any ideas what could be causing this or what could resolve it...
    thanks

My GF had the same issue a while back, she was training on an empty stomach as she read that burns fat stores and her stomach was shrinking from not eating enough that when she tried to eat her stomach didnt stretch fast enough and she vomited up food..shes since gotten rid of that rubbish training system and is eating well now....

ya i'm below the normal female, but for my training not low enough, i hoping to compete this year in a figure competition so need to ab about 10-12% bodyfat, i think normal female is about 21-24%

doing cardio first thing in the morning on empty tummy is better for fat burning,

have you tried carb cycling? instead of no carbs 7 days a week, try no carbs 5 days of the week and on the other two days eat plenty of carbs, your body doesnt feel its getting starved then and can actualy shock your body into burning another few % body fat.

the other benefits of this is, you will replemish your lost glycogen stores which will make your muscles firmer too, plus having the glycogen store in the muscles will help you through your workouts and might get rid of the sick feeling.
