Defo try having a bigger bowl - just because the packet says 30g doesn't mean you have to have 30g - try having more...

you could try have it with a banana sliced over the top.

Sometimes i make oat pancakes made from milk, oats and an egg (i got the recipe from boards) - i find them really filling, esp if i blend some banana into the mixture.

I had porridge this morning at 7:30am and was starving at 9am when arriving at work! You could try bringing healthy snacks to work.

    e.g.
    • 7:30am - porridge
    • 9:30am - almonds
    • 11am - fruit (apple/orange/banana/peach/grapes)
    etc

I find tuna the most filling and great if you are hungry mid morning or afternoon.

You could add the following to your porridge to make it a bit more substantial:
    • blue-berries
    • chopped strawberry/apple/banana/orange

Try eating a protein shake or some other protein source with the porridge. And increase portion size if that doesnt work. You should be eating every three to fours hours.

Agree somewhat with waltermitty, adding a protein (whey/casein) and/or a fat source (walnuts/pecans/almonds) to your porridge will keep you from going hungry too soon after.

I add a tbsp of peanut butter to my porridge every morning, makes it taste gorgeous, and the (healthy) fat in the peanut butter keeps you full for much longer.
