    Hi

I made some enquiries on Boards some time ago about the Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery and I've come to the conclusion that I don't want to be a chef but would love to work with food, so don't know if thats the course to do. I'm now looking at the Culinary Arts course and wondering if there is anyone on Boards who is doing this course or knows anyone who is. I believe it is 70% Business and 30% Cookery, I'm just wondering how hard it is, what are the job options apart from food writing, is it better to do a chefs course first? Any info will be appreciated.

    Thanks
