i first tried Hoodia you can buy them in holland and barrett health shops they are great..google the word hoodia to find out info..
now i am trying botanical slimming soft gel tablets they promise the sun.moon and stars but i am on the 7 days and i have already lost 5lbs..you can only buy them online or maybe in chinese health shops around dublin..they are a bit extreme so maybe you should try hoodia..
    good luck ;)

There's almost nothing you can buy in a health food shop that does anything significant.

Actually, that's not completely true. Fish oil and vitamin C and green tea all have solid research to show a role in fat burning. Calcium is useful if your intake is low.

Most health food shop tablets are based on caffeine (which you can get in an expresso) and a sprinkle of vitamins and minerals.

agreed. I find they have some good stuff like spelt bread / flour and dried fruit and nut mixes etc that a lot of shops dont stock, but anything in a bottle or tablets are probably useless. vit C and calcium and most other important stuff can be bought in tesco or dunnes .

Please don't listen to this person!!! If anything, Hoodia will mess up your metabolism. A way to boost your metabolism with no tablets required is to eat 5/6 small meals throughout the day.
