Hi, im a 24 year old lad thats been skinny my entire life and im looking to change it. Im over 6ft tall and my weight has always been the cause of a lack of confidence and im just looking for a few pointers on what foods would help me, how many meals a day i should be having and any other info anyone might have that would be helpful. I do eat quite a lot and i eat a huge amount of junk-food (chocolate, fizzy drinks etc) but i never seem to gain any weight. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot

weight training will make a big difference and eating wayyy more in the way of clean healthy foods

why on earth would you eat so much junk food and think that this will help you gain weight? Fine if you want to gain fat but muscle to build confidence it will not.

More veg, fruit, meat, eggs, milk, fish, wholegrains, and plenty of water every day will get you started

Don't worry, once you hit 30 you won't have to worry about not putting on weight ;)
