What it says in the title....

So then what are those moments that make you cringe? That make you feel silly for watching grown men pretending to fight each others, but still make you giggle like a madman:pac:

I shall start, and bless Kane, he should get so many mentoins, not his fault Creative have ****ed him over rotten over the years...

    Katie Vic

Il add this match as well just for the giggles....

i could have picked anything from wcw early 90s here, there is so much fail, black scorpion, robocop, and of course the shock master, but this is my personal favourite, sting and the white castle of fear

another classic, same idea as above just add bulldog and sid into the mix

Urgh, I remember Kennel From Hell..
It didn't make me giggle so much, but I really hate the Michelle McCool angle with Mickie James, it's just awful. And seeing the Great Khali doing the whole Punjabi Playboy thing, it's so ridiculous, I can't help but laugh at it :P

In terms of being bad in a good way, it would have to be the debut of the Shock master.

In terms of being bad in a bad way, there's a laundry list but the list from all the Eddie stuff, to Fritz Von Erich faking a heart attack, to Mike Von Erich coming back from toxic shock syndrome.

The one I didn't like was the Vince McMahon operation skit in regards to Jim Ross when he was sick.

The N.W.O making fun of Arn Anderson was pretty low too.

The Tim White suicide angle was in fairly poor taste.

And totally pointless. From what I remember the segments just appeared one week, and went no where. Just Tim White trying to commit suicide week after week.

Wasn't there an angle where one of the Divas dad was sexed to death by another Diva? I'm thinking Torrie was invloved but could have been a dream.

Yes Torrie's dad and Dawn Marie

Also didnt Teddy Long suffer a heart attack after marrying Lashley's wfie Kristal

I also thought the Kane/Lita/baby storyline was terrible

An honourable metion goes to Santina vs. Vickie (sorry for the poor footage)

Absolutely pointless and just a waste of time

Ric Flair, every single time he tried to go to the top rope. Not a storyline, but I always found it funny as hell.

How about GTV?? It ran for Bleedin ages and nothing ever came of it

Or the time Rick Martel " Blinded " Jake Roberts with hIs Arrogence perfume which ended in a god awful Blindfold Match

Similar to the Jamie Noble/Nidia thing, when Tajiri "blinded" Nidia

    Anyone remember this pointless crap:

Thought of another one, apologies if this is one of the ones above but I cant see Youtube vids in work

Double J Jeff Jarrett was a county and western singer and this gimmick went along for a good while before he recorded a single and and sang it live on TV/PPV. but in the end it turned out that he was miming over a Backing track featuring the Road Dogg on lead vocals

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 335 ✭✭johnnycnandy

Val Venis getting his knob chapped off and having that unfortunate Bobbit fella as his manager. When the words "I chopee your peepee" are said on a wrestling show, you know its not gonna be great. Sexual Chocolate/Mae Young has to be up there.

The whole Kaientai "indeed!" thing was pretty funny in an awful way

    Vinnie Vegas!

I seen Worse characters and gimmicks on WWE on demand, a round the table discussion. Worth the watch if you can get access, funny stuff. :)

His manager Tenesse Lee or something too? Very cringe worthy.

There was an unreal Kaientai from one of the Royal Rumbles when Taka goy fired over the top rope and took an insane bump to the outside. They showed the replay a billion times and it was better each and everytime they showed us, especially the glee Lawler took in watching it.

Edit here she is at the start of this vid:

I was waiting for someone to say that

The other choice was "It was funny in an eeeeeeviiiil way." ;)

Speaking of which, May 19th Festus Kane didn't really go anywhere. Possibly Mysterio's mask in a bag aswell, but I quite liked the reveal that it wasn't Kane's old mask.

Let's not forget Kurt Angle wanted "bestiality sex" with Sharmell. And Booker T vs Edge over a Japanese shampoo commercial. At WrestleMania.

Ha oh yeah that was incredibly random. That's up there with the Jericho/Kane match a decade or so ago from Jericho accidentally spilling coffee on Kane.

I knew it was in severely bad taste, but Triple H was hilarious in his promo with the mannequin in the funeral home. I'm pretty sure some of it was edited out on Sky Sports...i did see it sometime in the last year and i don't remember the ending of it

    Great stuff...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,566 ✭✭✭glenjamin

Worst part about that was the commentators said it was the worst day in Bret Hart's life. Didn't mind the segment up until that point.

    Wrestling.......never afraid to scrape the barrell. As for mine, this recent horse****;

The sad thing is that Vince McMahon probably does think Mickie James is fat, well give me fat Mickie (shut it sickos) any day over that skinny **** McCool.

Developed nicely, though. Turned into a feud about how Kane wanted to destroy Jericho's good looks. Jericho gave a good "I'm not just a prettyboy; I'm a monster" promo. And the Last Man Standing match had a brilliant conclusion.
