Rehband's are probably the best out there, not sure where the best place to get them from is though.

I don't know how good those inzer ones are, I think you would need something that gives you a bit more compression

Tommy Kono sleeves are meant to be pretty good too - I'm not sure, but I think Hanley uses them

From what I've heard, all elbow wraps are prety useless

You jump into low heavy bar squatting coming straight off the back off a comp where you lifted and trained very heavy, and your elbows start to hurt, so you look for sleeves.

Can you see what I'm gettting at here?

im only squatting once a week . and im just coming off a 2 week squatting break. i was considering squatting 2 times a week for the first while back.

Edit: just ordered the tommy kono ones, got the mediums, my elbow joint is only 13 inch but i see my self outgrowing the small fairly quick

I think it has more to do with the amount of near-max singles you've been doing lately.

They can mess your recovery up big time, and are very hard on your joints too

well yea, i did go a bit overboard, i only did it one week though. but i was a bit frustrated after the injury like. im sticking to triples up till the comp.

Hate to be the bringer of bad news but that pain won't go away by it self, I suffer with elbow issues from time to time, from heavy squatting and benching, especially coming up to or just after a comp, elbow sleeves are not your answer but they will ease some of the pressure..........the good news is its an easy fix, I'd be 99% sure you just need a good deep tissue massage to break down all the crap thats built up in there (forarms biceps etc) , I get them regularly now, and no more problems. make sure its a good sports therapist you go to though some one who will get stuck in, not some micky mouse physio who will just oil you up like a turkey at Christmas. If your training hard and heavy ya need to get the body rubbed down now and again. ..... hope this helps.

Don't bring me into this! Seriously though the max singles/triples will only work for a while before you get bet up. That's one of the reasons why they change max effort lifts frequently in westside templates (afaik at least).
