Bingo wings Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi i was just wondering what would can i do about bingo wings i am after dropping 45lbs and have noticed that i seem to be getting Bingo wings. I am doing a small amount of weights at the minute but i dont seem to be doing the right ones.:confused:
    Any help would be great

    P.S Still have another 30lbs to go so dont want them to get any worse

    Look at your diet, do cardio and continue with the weights. Curls, dips, extensions, pulldowns etc will all benefit the upper arm in terms of working the biceps and triceps and will tighten loose skin. You won't be able to burn fat from a specific area but if you maintain a good diet and do cardio you will tone up over time.
