Ballpark for small bathroom add-on and fire retardant paint for attic?

    Hi all,

    quick Q (just looking for a very rough idea on prices) - we'd like to add a small guest bathroom (roughly 8 -10 m2 max) to our timberframe house - what cost am I looking at?

    Also, does anyone have any idea about prices for fire retardant paint to paint over attic wood panelling (Irish websites don't seem to state prices at all) - again just a rough idea would be great!

    Bathrooms are very variable so I wouldn't want to put any numbers on here. Call Fireseal in Tallaght about the paint, they should be able to give you a rough cost over the phone.
