Bags under my eyes - help!

    Please help!

I have awful bags under my eyes and I can't get rid of them!

    I'm 26, female and I don't drink.

I do drink coffee but I drink more green tea.

I normally eat healthily but I haven't been doing so this year as I'm doing a really intense course in college at the moment.

Stress levels are high at times and I am tired a lot.

I know that these are all factors but I'm looking for some solutions.

The fact of the matter is that I don't have the money or time to buy/prepare my own food, so I'm eating whatever is made at home. It can sometimes be a dinner or sometimes a takeaway. Sometimes I may not even get a chance to eat at all.

I'm getting abot 6-7 hours sleep a night. I'm very very busy during the day and don't have much time to relax.

I was thinking if I eat more fruit and drink more water I could solve my problem - will this work?

Sorry for the rant, I'm actually typing an assignment at the same time as writing this and I haven't time to read over it!

Unfortunately, a lot of this can be caused be genetics - if your mum/dad is prone to bags under their eyes then you will be too!

You can help reduce them with a healthy diet - lots of water and sleep. I suffer from them too but you get used to them

Excercise may help. Get the lymph flowing. It will also bring down the stress levels.
Could you fit in a half an hour power nap after lunch?
I personally wouldn't be able to function on 6-7 hours of sleep.
Avoiding salt is also a good idea, to cut water retention.
