Hey all. First time poster so I hope I'm in the right place. Trying to get rid of the belly on me. I'm 24 and 5'11''. I changed my diet in november, went from 107kg to 86kg, 36% body fat to 21%, now. Doing 60 sit ups every morning. Rest of the body seems pretty toned. Is there any exercises that could aim specificaly for the belly?

Any and all advice appreciated. :)

Fair play on the weight loss! Theres five billion threads about this topic. Basic moral of the story is that you cant specifically target to get rid of a belly. Your gonna have to drop overall body fat through doing lots of cardio and a weights program.

I'm not the right person to even attempt to advise on what weights to do and stuff, but as i said, search this forum and youll find more advice on the topic than youll ever need.

Keep up the good work tho!
