Vista Explorer toolbar missing

    My Vista explorer bar has gone missing. All I've got is the address bar and directly under that the column names for the folder contents (detail view), Name, Type, Size etc. Can I get the explorer bar back.

    The Alt function works, e.g., Alt+V brings up the View menu and I can arrow over and back to File, Tools, etc but as soon as I release Alt it's gone again.
