I've been trying to find some information online, but it mostly leads to dieting tips...
I was wondering does anyone know the best exercises that are designed to tone the legs and stomach areas of the body? Lose weight, without making them seem more muscely? Does this exist?

Thanks in advance (sorry if there's already info here about this) :o

Yes it exists. It's called lifting weights! Really it's so important in achieving that type of physique. Not any old weights though. Real weights like deadlift, squat and lunge variations and non-crunch orientated core work.

The reason you keep getting linked to dieting tips is that you can't spot reduce. The only way to get rid of fat on legs and belly is to get of fat everywhere, and the stuff on legs and belly will go too.

That means you need to work on your diet, and do cardio, and lift weights. The comination of all three will give you results. There are no machines or tricks that will slim tummy only.

For a female, it's pretty much impossible to get "too muscley". You just don't have enough testosterone. In fact, for a woman, in order to get that "toned" look, you have to lift weights as though you wanted to be a champion bodybuilder. Little pink dumbbells for endless reps will just try your patience, they won't change your body.
