    just a quick one guys,
looking at a few weeks of eating more leafies and salad. im currently enjoying it with some grapes, parma ham and fetta cheese but it needs some some oil for extra flavour and to take away the dryness. Having never used oil on a salad before what do i need to get... im staying away from the likes of vinagerettes as i hate the taste of vinegar and sauces like ranch/salad cream etc...
    thanks

Extra virgin olive oil. You can add a little lemon juice if you like.

Nut oils like walnut or hazelnut are good, but they are expensive, so make sure you like them before splashing out.

Avocado oil is lovely too, on the pricey side 5.99 for 300ml, but worth it for the taste IMO.

Garlic, chili, celery seeds, whatever herbs you like.

A little bit of wholegrain mustard mixed with your oil with give a huge kick.

Is a drizzle of balsamic vinegar bad for you?

No, fire away. By the way, balsamic and EVOO makes a wonderful dressing.

I think cold-pressed olive oil, even if more pricey, it's better for you.
