Hi guys Im 19 year old guy looking to get fit and get a a good build of muscle (the sort of washboard look), currently Im not doing any sports or going to the gym and Im 6ft and just under 11 stone so I was wondering what would be the best way to acheive this goal?? would I be best off getting help from a personal trainer?? and what would be a fair price to pay for their help.

Any advice would be great :cool:

For a personal trainer you're looking at €60 plus an hour for anyone worth their salt.

At 19 years of age, a good novice strength program would probably suit you the best, Starting Strength would be my recommendation.
