Broaden my shoulders?

    Hello potential advisors,

    I looking for some direction, im 5’8”, bout 63kgs, skinny frame but have a bit of meat on me not protruding bones etc.
    I’m reasonably fit but could be better, I attend the gym on and off, sometimes a couple of times a week for a few months and then might do nothing for months and months. My weight is pretty stable, it fluctuates + or – a kg or two but that’s all.

    My diet is good, I eat healthy foods, low fat dairy, meat/fish and veg king of guy and don’t eat junk foods often. However, I’d go out on a session once a week, perhaps twice so the beer intake is part of my life, yet it hasn’t resulted in a beer belly.

    I’ve been in good shape in the past, I have pectoral muscles, and lift 10 kg free weights, I do about 50 press ups, and about 20 pull ups but don’t always do pull ups. And use some of the machines for only upperbody 5 reps of 10 lifts (same with the free weights, press ups etc.). I’ve also been able to run 3k in under 12mins in the past, however I am no longer pushing myself like this on the thread mill, a 2k run at 10-13 kph is the norm to begin my workout and 2000mtrs on the rowing machine in 10 mins to finish.

    I’d like to broaden my frame, I don’t necessarily want to bulk up, but obtain broader shoulders. Might this be possible and how could it be achieved?

    Besides my shoulders if anyone has any other info/tips on how I might improve my work out etc. please shout!
