Help with new routine and diet

    Hey all, im 28 and have been working out for a few years now,
    i'm looking for a new routine and diet to help me gain more size and muscle, any suggestions would be great. Im 76kg at the moment.
    My diet wouldn't be the greatest, i eat my oats or porridge for
    breakfast with fruit, protein in the morning and night and after
    workout, maybe two chicken fillets and tuna each day .I need to know how much protein and carbs and even calories
    i should be eating to achieve my goals, i can post my current workout
    if needed, thanks in advance lads
