    Hi everyone

So I have been dieting with over a year now and have lost 4 stone.
I have been taken reductil 15mg tabs for a year also. It helped me lose 4 stone. I exercised my butt off etc so It wasnt just the tabs helping me.
Got a call from my doc saying the tabs have been discontinued so I cant take them anymore. Ive been off them almost 3 weeks now and have put on 6 pounds. Saying that I havent been great on the diets but I havent been Bad either!I exercise every single day 4 miles nearly...... Put on 1 and half pound last week and weighed myself again and ive put on a further 3 pounds....
I am over weight and am desperate to lose it.. Im getting married next year I ahve 3 weddings this year and am longing to wear a lovely dress.. Im getting very depressed with this weight and I dont no what to do...
Is there anything I can take to help me with the weight?

Post your day to day diet in detail.

    EDIT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sibutramine#Safety_concerns
You should be glad you're off those tablets, scary sounding stuff.

Congrats on the weight loss. The tablets may have helped, but they didn't do that. Statistically, those sorts of tablets cause an extra 4-6 pounds of weight loss over a year. Not four stone. YOU did that.

It was probably time for you to come off the tablets anyway. Stop thinking the tablets lost the weight, they didn't. You did. Believe me, I've a sister who has tried every tablet out there (she's got a doctor who will prescribe on demand) and the only that that works for her is counting the calories and lots of walking.

Post up your diet and we'll help tweak it.

    Hi

If it is only about loosing weight, ignore my advice. If you want to be healthy as well, check out "The raw food detox diet" by Natalia Rose. Great book and brilliant if what you want is to be healthy and not just loose weight. I say great because it promotes a different way of eating and you can go any degree you want. You can change your diet 1% or 100%, over whatever period of time you want, no restrictions, nothing really forbidden.

Raw food changed my life, and I am not a raw-foodist.
