Nutrition and Toneing up

    Hi Folks,
    Just looking for a bit of advice here, i am looking to burn fat and tone up
    ive been training and watching what i eat now for about 6 weeks
    Here is typical meals;
    Breakfast:Porridge,Protein Shake,Berries
    Break: Salad wrap (Chicken Lettuce Tomato)Apple Pineapple,
    Snack :Apple,Orange,Crackers(Riveta)Pre Training
    After training protein
    Dinner:Chicken,Fish,Spuds Veg
    Snack:Yohurt
    Meals Every 4 hours roughly

    You're diet isn't bad, if you're not loosing weight just reduce the portion size and you should see it drop off.

    As he said, generally not bad. Maybe replace some of the fruit with more veg. It's a good idea to have more veg than fruit in your diet.

    Chicken is not the only protein. Try to include some salmon or other oily fish.
