What time did you get the finsbury park ticket?

i opened about 5 tabs and started getting in about 8:56 and kept hitting F5 and got in around 9:05. All windows seemed to get in at once, guess its a 'drip drip' situation. as max is 2 tickets.

g'luck... sooo worth 70 euros or free

Got tickets for the free gig at about 9.40 after being on the site from 8.50.

I was just thinking that if you go to St Stephen's Green and don't get a ticket, you can always leg it down to Soundcellar and see if they have a few pairs.

    whats sound cellar?

It's a mostly heavy metal record shop that also sells tickets. It's on Nassau St near the corner with Grafton St and it's next door to Subway.

Turns out my mate didn't mess up and I have a standing ticket for the Dublin show. 2 mates still need some though and they can't go queue on Friday so I will try help them out. Some questions:

    - Do o2 have a second presale tomorrow?
    - How early would one have to queue for ticketmaster on Friday? I'm not going at 7 anymore.
    - How likely is it you'd get some on ticketmaster.ie Friday morning. I've only ever heard bad stories.
    - What would people reckon about just chancing turning up at soundcellar on Friday at 9am. I know it's weird there, sometimes he has them all reserved for his regulars and he never really knows (or lets on) how many he will get.

    Cheers

-Second presale? We're lucky we get one.
-Your guess is as good as anyone else's. The early bird gets the worm.
-Probably depends on your connection speed.
-You might have a better chance there than at Ticketmaster.

Anyone have any idea how many standing tickets there are? Wouldn't really fancy being in the seating for this if I can help it.

Some gigs do have multiple presales. All gigs in the o2 have presales so hardly luck.

Yes, but before all this O2 sponsorship, there weren't any O2 presales. Some O2 gigs may have 2 presales but the second one would be a fan club presale, not an O2 presale.

    Correct on both counts

I only managed to get seated didn't actually realise until after I bought them, but have been told that you can just walk into the standing area from the blueroom bar, anyone know if that is true as I haven't bought priority tickets before, although did manage to sneak down for the Kings of leon and Kasabian

are you sure its seated. mine is standing(i think) but it has row numbers and stuff, trés confusing.

Including standing, 14,000 people can be accommodated there. There's 8,000 standing and then 6,000 seating :)

No pretty sure it's seated, may be mistake of selecting the cheapest seats assuming that they would be standing, I'd say if it has a block number, rows and seats it's probably seated!! If what I'm told is right though it's pretty easy to walk from the blueroom bar to the standing section

You bought yourself seated tickets. The cheapest tickets for this show are seated:

    TIERED SEATING
    €65.70 - €70.70

    STANDING
    €70.70

I'd imagine that if standing tickets are cheaper than some seated tickets, they may beef up the security between the seated and standing areas.
