    walk 4km

    fri:

    lunch: As monday
    dinner: pasta w/chicken and pesto
    walk 4km

    sat:
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet, 2 x toast(wholegrain) with low low spread, coffee
    lunch: Soup as Thursday
dinner: homemade burger with lean mince and onion, oven chips
    no exercise
5-6 pints of guiness (every other week usually)

    sunday:
    Breakfast: As monday
lunch/dinner: roast with potatoes and veg
    late tea: sandwich
    walk 4 km

These days tend to alternate by the week and occasionally i will have an apple and juice. All dinners are with a pt of water and coffee with low fat milk and 1/2 suger.

any advice would be great. trying to go from 14 to 13 stone by end of march.
    Thanks

    It depends!!

What are your stats?? I only have 11lb left to loose and it would be very hard for my to loose over 2lb a week but if you have just started your weight loss and have recently changed the way you eat then it is possible!

    But it depends...

wayyyyy to many carbs - bread, potatoes, beer, cereals etc

If i was to do a 6 week plan it would revolve around much less carbs and way more veg, berries, meat, eggs, fish and nuts and seeds

What he said. Try replacing all the bread in your sandwiches with huge green salads. Better nutrition and far fewer calories. Bear in mind that an ordinary slice of bread is close to 100 calories, and that's before you spread anything on it.

Lose the Guinness. Not good on a cutting diet.

as mentioned it depends on your current diet and weight and level of physical activity.

IMO the carbs are not the problem, rather the calorie content

even some simple changes could make a difference, if you really want bread make sure there is no wheat in it. (check ingredients, packaging can be misleading - you don't want wheatflour in top 5 ingedients)

Use sweet potatoes or just up the veg and no potatoes in the dinners. Brown rice is better than white rice.

Try and eat porridge for breakfast. It looks like you need more fibre in your diet also.

Why are you walking rather than jogging? It needs to be a brisk walk for your targets.
