    Hi,

Just wondering what times of supplements I could possible take -
I play footbal and after every game I'd have a lot of muscle soreness mainly in the quads and some times hamstrings -
I do plently of stretching - warm up and cool down and try to build up the muscles in the gym..
Is there anything that could help repair the muscles.
    Thanks

    water and amino acids

Sugary carbs and protein in an approximately 3:1 ratio. Though I prefer 1:1.
