Hi everyone, hope someone can help. I've started jogging, building it up as I go along. Anyhew have been getting a pain in my right knee mostly to the front. Was chatting to a friend who suffered from something similar but doc said it was a slipped knee cap and to kinda flex her knee to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this and would knee supports help????

Knee supports would probably help but you're getting into the realm of medical advice so all anyone can say is to get yourself to a doctor or physio.

Yeah, you'll need to see a physio or doctor about that. Any advice you get on here could just make things worse.
