Plans for after the JC

I know its a long time away but by the time the JC is over most of you guy'z wont be posting too often here and as much as I'll miss ye just wondering if anyone has got any plans for the summer?

I myself shall be going to France, IC, 2 weddings and loads of partays!!! (hopefully)

Anyone else?

I'm missing a wedding because of the JC!

I'll be going to France too and I'll probably just be relaxing for the rest.

Btw, am I the only one who will be nervous during the summer about being split into new classes.. :eek:

Yep I'm nervous about being a big loner next year as most of my year (and friends) will be doing 4th and I'm going to be in 5th by myself!

No i'm nervous about new classes too. Tbh i'm not the best at making friends, most people think i'm a total swot because i have got the best results in the year for every christmas and summer exam since first year even though i do very little study so i really want to stay with at least one of my 3 closest friends. They at least understand that i'm just good at exams, they treat me normally.

But you know the way your going into fourth? Wont that mean your still with all of your year?

I thought 'swot' was a first year only thing. Trust me, they'll grow up. Everyone wants to do well in the JC and everyone is studying! No one in my year goes on like that anymore, lol.

I agree it's stupid, but I'm pretty sure after the JC people will go up. On results day you don't see people going around calling people swots lol, everyone congratulates each other.

Yep exactly!
On the day of the results I'll probably see a lot of disappointed faces looking at their NG's and then looking at the "swots" with their results

Oh dear god no!! Did you ever see that one (I don't watch this show much but remember this one) of the guy from Dublin and he was such an idiot!! I went on his facebook I think after I seen it (stalker I know) and the abusive comments he had!! Funny but it's a risky thing to do, if you've got the dosh I wouldn't see why not!

Yeah, he was from Dundalk I remember!

I don't exactly have the dosh, my sweet sixteenth would probably be in my backgarden :pac:

I don't really have any plans yet besides starting Tae Kwon Do again. \o/

I'll most likely go down to Wexford & Waterford for a while and help out in my local equstrian centre.

You're in first year, relax. School is only going to get harder so enjoy your first year and second year, because in 3rd year, you'll look back and regret you didn.t take advantage of the time you had. Don't worry about being divided from your friends until half way through 3rd year at least.

Summer is comin once again and i finish in June so im gonna try and spend the days good Im hoping the weather will be nice for a change We all deserve the 3 months off for all our hard work haha no seriously its true i finish at 4pm and dont get any free time lol So.. what is eveyone doing this year for summer holidays?? since there is a recession i dunno if i will be goin anywhere special

I started summer work at 14, I'm nearly sixteen and I've a good bit of work experience and I only got back one offer!

Getting a job would be impossible this summer, everything will be taken by the time JC is over and with holidays and stuff I wouldn't have much time for one anyways, same as last summer wouldn't of had the time.

I was going to go to Irish College but I think I won't now.

I am hoping to do A LOT of crazy stuff this Summer.
