Just a thought. Chorizo is full of fat and although amazingly tasty, if you are looking to cut down on fats its probably not the best thing to have. It might be better to have to Vegetarian option or maybe the steak with no sauce.

Thanks Silvo, I actually wasn't sure what chorizo was!
Was gonna decide when I saw it.

Does pan seared Steak mean a lot of oil in the pan?

depends how they pan sear it to be honest. some chefs would do it with very little oil and others could use a lot. It is just to make the outside of the steak nice and crusty, then it goes into the oven as far as I know.

for a main i would go with the sole otherwise go for your chicken and just dont eat the potatoe cake with chorizo? its the cream sauce that will prob add up the points.

You could ask for the chicken with a side salad with some balsamic vinegar rather than the potatoe cake?

its so hard eating out isn't it?

    Enjoy!

Unless it is really a case of you not having any points to spare, I would say enjoy the meal, go for a long walk tomorrow morning and maybe another long walk on Monday, but don't waste what should be an enjoyable experience by counting every calorie.
That is why WW is so great, you can have nights out and enjoy them.
Otherwise, the soup allow maybe 1
    The chicken allow about 4
potato cake about 4 for one about an inch thick and three inches wide,
the sauce will be massive, ask for it on the side, or allow at least 4-6 points
Petits fours, I allow 1.5 each, like a Rose.
So that's a full days points for the meal. Porridge for brekkie and zero point soup for rest of the day and you'll be fine.
